Motor City Pride 2008 looks to be our best Pride yet, with an expected turnout of 35,000+ attendees. We invite you to join as an exhibitor on Sunday, June 1 in fabulous Ferndale as we kick off the summer festival season as only we can!

Motor City Pride is both one of the biggest and one of the earliest Pride events in the Midwest. Featuring live local and national talent, a dance pavilion, political and social activism and – of course – a wide array of food vendors and exhibitors, Motor City Pride is a not-to-be-missed happening. Triangle Foundation, Michigan’s statewide civil rights, advocacy and anti-violence organization serving the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Allied communities, is proud to present not only this event, but several others with the hope of building a stronger, more tolerant and exceedingly vibrant Michigan. All costs for Motor City Pride (including but not limited to equipment rental, insurance and entertainer fees) come out of the revenue of vendor/exhibitor fees, beverage sales, corporate and individual sponsorships and the dollar drive, so we are focused on producing the best event possible for everyone involved. While often challenging, Triangle Foundation accepts and welcomes both the opportunity and the privilege of producing Motor City Pride for the public as an educational and entertaining event. Motor City Pride creates a space to LGBT people and our allies to celebrate our lives, our relationships and our place in this community.
